In New Jersey, all ratepayers are entitled to financial incentives through the state's Clean Energy Program. Financial incentives are available to reduce the overall cost of your renewable energy generation system. Incentives are currently paid incrementally based on the size of the system installed. The incentive levels, which can defray installation, equipment and interconnection costs, are shown on the New Jersey Clean Energy website and can identify the incentive programs for which you may quality.
The New Jersey CORE Program is continually improving their services and are currently transitioning to the use of Renewable Energy Certificates to help finance projects.
